  1. I noticed you lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time, which for me would be stretch mark heaven on my skin. Even now since I've gained weight during a short amount time , I have tons and tons of stretch marks on my sides, hips, and thighs. What are some ways i can combat this during my weightless journey?

I have a question, I suffer from a disorder that causes me to be dizzy at times(neurocardio syncope/vertigo), and my MD has stated that she doesn't feel that intense aerobics would be beneficial to me, she recommends something that is more steady like yoga or pilates, walking, she says that strength training for toning is fine as well(as long as it's not too intense)....but what i'm afraid of is that doing these exercises, I won't burn as many calories as I need to. could you shed some light and give me your opinion if it's not too much trouble? pleeeeeeaaasssee?
