Motivation

Get Motivated, Get Motivated, Get Motivated!!!!
Hello!!! Sorry I've haven't been posting every weekend I've been very busy.

Out of the many, many, many conversations I've had with people about health and fitness 50% of people say its hard to get started, its hard to find some motivation or stay motivated. These are the questions I think you should ask yourself...

1. Are you happy with yourself
If you don't like the way you look or feel that should motivate you to be happy with YOU. No one else matters.

2. Do you know the risks of being unhealthy or over weight?
Some people just don't know the risks of being unhealthy and over weight. Your motivation could be lowering your risk of heart disease, avoiding cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes. When you learn how amazing the body is you'll want to take care of it.

4. What is the REAL problem? why can't you get or stay motivated?
Some people have underlining problems that they didn't realize was there. Also is this an excuse? are you just really being lazy and procrastinating?

5. What gets you excited?
Think about something or things you love that get you most excited. Post pictures any where you are the most car, office, top of tv, taped to the fridge and work hard to have those things, fit those things, or make those things proud. Example I bought a really cute outfit for my husbands return from his deployment. I bought it in a medium I wanted him to see me in it so bad I worked hard everyday. The look on his face when he finally seen me I knew it was worth it.

Like I said in a previous post, its all mind over matter. The more you say you can't do this the more you train your brain to believing it. I know its not true. The hardest part is believing in YOU. Constantly be positive tell yourself, family, friends and co-workers how great you are and how ready you are for this challenge. YOU CAN DO IT!!

Today I weighed in at 138.  42 pounds lost  :D
